Where We Ship We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

• Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days
• Germany & France: 2–4 business days
• Spain & Italy: 3–6 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders above €75.

Carrier We ship with GLS or Amazon MCF. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delays Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or public holidays. Crystalstream is not responsible for delays outside our control.
